All Hygeia crystal essences are made at the Hygeia Holistic Wellness Center in Connecticut with pure white vinegar and spring water energized by the light of the sun and full moon. Each crystal essence comes in a 1/2 oz. bottle with a dropper. There are many ways to work with crystal elixirs. The essences may be combined with each other, or used one at a time. Similar to working with flower essences or homeopathic remedies, you or your animal may take the essence internally by the drop or the dropperful, or add a dropperful to shampoo or sprays. Add a few drops to your water bottle or your horse's water bucket. As with a regular crystal, you can carry the elixir around with you during activities, put it under your pillow or bed, or hold it during meditation and trance work. At the end of each crystal description we have listed the number at which the gem vibrates or resonates: many of our clients choose this number to determine the quuantity of drops they take during a day.
